About The Position

Averhealth is hiring a Female Drug Screening Representative to support individuals on their path to recovery. The role involves collecting and processing urine samples, maintaining accurate records, and treating each patient with respect, dignity, and professionalism. This is an entry-level position with opportunities for career growth. The primary worksite may vary according to operational needs, and regular coverage at secondary sites within a 45-mile radius may be required. The part-time schedule is 20–29 hours per week, with flexibility for varying shifts due to random testing needs. Primary hours are Monday through Friday, 6:15 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., with some weekend shifts from 6:15 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Schedules are provided approximately one month in advance.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfort working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 10 pounds for extended periods.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Flexibility for varying shifts due to random testing needs.

Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients at the testing center.
Conduct observed urine collections with female patients complying with probation requirements, participating in drug treatment programs, or meeting bond requirements.
Prepare and ship collected specimens to the Averhealth laboratory.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the testing site.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company and legal standards.
Provide regular coverage at secondary sites within a 45-mile radius when required.
