About The Position

CLFC is building its court reporter roster in the Boston market to support federal district court proceedings, federal administrative hearings, and depositions across CLFC's nationwide legal-support practice. This is recurring work, not a single engagement. CLFC compensates court reporters through an appearance and attendance fee PLUS retained transcript page revenue and expedited and realtime premiums, so your earnings scale with the work you produce, not a flat hourly wage. The role involves producing a complete, accurate, verbatim record of district court proceedings, federal administrative hearings, and depositions; delivering certified transcripts within federal turnaround tiers; providing realtime output where required; and maintaining exhibit custody and strict confidentiality.
