Role Summary Seeking an experienced FCC Advisory Manager to lead Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) engagements focused on AML, sanctions, fraud, KYC, and regulatory compliance. The role involves advising financial institutions on risk assessments, model validations, program reviews, policy enhancement, and regulatory compliance initiatives. Relevant FCC advisory and AML program experience aligns with similar FCC manager roles and AML consulting engagements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of consulting experience.
  • 4+ years of Financial Crime Compliance experience (AML, KYC, sanctions, fraud, transaction monitoring).
  • 2+ years of team management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. AML regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • CAMS certification required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead AML, sanctions, fraud, and FCC advisory projects.
  • Conduct AML program reviews, risk assessments, and gap analyses.
  • Review and enhance policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
  • Assess transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and customer risk rating models.
  • Prepare client reports, recommendations, and regulatory documentation.
  • Mentor junior team members and manage project delivery.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders and support business development efforts.
