Requirements

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Quick learner with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in compliance, AML, sanctions, fraud, audit, or risk management is preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of AML/KYC, sanctions, financial crime compliance, or regulatory frameworks is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) engagements across Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Sanctions, and Fraud Risk Management.
• Conduct model validations for transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, customer risk rating, and fraud detection models.
• Review, assess, and draft AML/FCC policies, procedures, and related documentation.
• Perform gap assessments against regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Assist in AML, sanctions, and fraud risk assessments.
• Participate in AML program reviews and audits, evaluating governance, staffing, controls, and documentation.
