The Fatherhood Coach is responsible for providing education, support and resources for fathers and father figures of families enrolled in Healthy Start services to reduce infant deaths and improve health outcomes for families. Activities include enrolling fathers in the program, providing case management services, facilitating fatherhood curricula one-on-one in the home and in the community, and collecting evaluation data.
