Child Development Resources (CDR) inspires and empowers children, families, and early childhood professionals to reach their full potential, whatever their challenges. The responsibilities of this position with CDR’s Fatherhood First program are to support responsible fatherhood by educating, mentoring, and providing support for fathers and father-figures. Our work focuses on the important role of fathers, responsible parenting practices, child development, healthy marriage and relationships including positive coparenting, effective communication, and economic stability.
