About The Position
Monty's Express Car Wash is hiring a Fast Track Manager for its Laguna location. The program provides training in business operations and team leadership, with the longer-term goal of preparing the manager to run a location. Progress is evaluated based on proficiency, initiative, capabilities, and ability to think on one's feet. Successful completion of training may lead to promotion opportunities and pay increases. Upon completion, the company evaluates available openings in its market to determine placement. Starting pay is $25–$30 per hour, depending on experience.
