About The Position

This entry-level team member position is responsible for delivering remarkable customer service through product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude. The role involves retail tasks related to products, customer service, and merchandising. The description also identifies stocking duties: keeping shelves stocked, moving products to assigned locations, handling backstock and waste, and maintaining a clean, safe, organized work environment. Overnight shifts are required to prepare the store for the day ahead.

Requirements

Comfort learning and using basic technology.
Ability to follow processes and procedures in an organized, efficient way.
Ability to stay calm and productive in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work as part of a team and support shared goals.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts.

Responsibilities

Provide customers with exceptional product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude.
Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
Move products from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
Work with leadership to complete assigned areas on time.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Interact with customers in a friendly and respectful manner when needed.
Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
