About The Position

This entry-level team member position supports retail operations through product handling, customer service, and merchandising. The role is responsible for delivering remarkable customer service by providing product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude. The posting describes stocking store shelves, moving products to correct locations, handling backstock and waste, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. The position works overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead and may support other operational tasks as needed.

Requirements

Comfort learning and using basic technology.

Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
Move products from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
Work with leadership to complete assigned areas on time.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
