About The Position

This entry-level retail team member position focuses on delivering remarkable customer service through product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude. The role includes a variety of retail tasks related to products, customer service, merchandising, and stocking. The description also details Stocking Clerk duties: keeping shelves stocked, moving products to their assigned locations, handling backstock and waste, and helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized store. The position works overnight to prepare the store for the day ahead and may support other operational tasks as needed.

Requirements

Comfort learning and using basic technology.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, twist, push, pull, and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Stock shelves with a variety of food and grocery products.
Move products from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
Work with leadership to complete assigned areas on time.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Provide friendly, respectful customer interactions when needed.
Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
