About The Position

This entry-level team member role involves retail tasks related to products, customer service, and merchandising. The position is responsible for providing remarkable customer service through product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude. The posting also describes stocking work: ensuring shelves are stocked, moving products to the correct locations, and helping keep the store clean and organized. The role includes overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead and may support other operational tasks as needed.

Requirements

Comfort learning and using basic technology.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, twist, push, pull, and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Provide customers with product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude.
Stock shelves with food and grocery products.
Move products from pallets or carts to the correct shelf locations efficiently and accurately.
Pull backstock and dispose of cardboard and trash in designated back-room areas.
Work with leadership to complete assigned areas on time.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Provide friendly, respectful interactions with customers when needed.
Work overnight shifts to prepare the store for the day ahead.
Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
