FAC Fashion Consultant - Hawaii
About The Position
The Fashion Consultant, Fifth Avenue Club, drives an individual personal-shopping business by providing outstanding service to clients in an exclusive space, establishing new Saks Fifth Avenue accounts, and increasing overall Fifth Avenue Club sales. Under the direction of the Suite Manager, the consultant builds client relationships, recruits and develops clients, and works toward sales goals. This is an onsite role. The consultant sources products for appointments through Saks Fifth Avenue inventory networks, including flagship stores, the digital “endless aisle,” and distribution centers. They also conduct basic alteration fittings with guidance and training from the Alterations Director, maintain a digital presence to attract clients and promote their business, and represent Saks Fifth Avenue as a community and brand ambassador.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of retail experience in a customer-focused luxury sales environment.
- Experience with luxury fashion and lifestyle.
- Experience working with sales quotas and comfort meeting sales targets in a commission-based selling environment.
- An established network or client base on multiple social media platforms, and the ability to support business digitally through content creation.
- Experience executing events.
Responsibilities
- Create and develop excellent client relationships while maintaining a high level of customer service.
- Use Club events to recruit new clients, increase sales, and develop existing clients.
- Share ideas with the Fifth Avenue Club team to develop individual business opportunities, maximize sales, and achieve or exceed goals.
- Use Saks Fifth Avenue online clientele tools to record and maintain client information and preferences.
- Source products for client appointments through flagship stores, the digital “endless aisle,” and distribution centers.
- Engage with clients and perform basic alteration fittings with guidance and training from the Alterations Director.
- Maintain a digital presence to attract new clientele and promote the business through traditional and social media selling.
- Serve as a community and brand ambassador for Saks Fifth Avenue.
- Handle ad hoc responsibilities as needed.
