Farmers Insurance Agency Owner - Savannah, GA
About The Position
The Rappa District Office is seeking an entrepreneurial sales professional or business leader to develop and operate a Farmers Insurance agency in Savannah, Pooler or nearby areas. As an agency owner, you’ll build a client base, lead your own team, and establish a strong presence in the local community with training, mentorship, and ongoing support from Farmers Insurance and the Rappa District Office. This is an agency ownership opportunity, not a traditional salaried position. Insurance experience is not required. We provide licensing training and cover pre-licensing fees.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, leadership, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Georgia Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses or willingness to obtain them with our support
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a plan for agency growth
- Generate business through referrals, networking, marketing, and community involvement
- Recommend Property & Casualty and Life insurance solutions
- Recruit, coach, and lead your own team
- Build lasting client and community relationships
