Requirements
- At least one year of experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, healthcare, insurance, or another customer-facing role preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized and dependable
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred, or willingness to obtain one
- Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply
- Enjoys talking with people
- Is comfortable making phone calls
- Wants to build a career instead of just finding another job
- Likes working toward goals
- Handles challenges well and doesn't give up easily
- Is coachable and open to feedback

Responsibilities
- Build relationships with new and existing clients
- Reach out to qualified leads and help customers find the right insurance coverage
- Sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products
- Follow up with clients and build long-term relationships
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Keep detailed notes and manage your pipeline using our CRM
- Continue learning through coaching and training
