About The Position

EverGRO is hiring a part-time Farm Store Associate in Upperville to support customers and keep the store running smoothly during busy hours. The role rotates between the sales floor and warehouse depending on customer traffic. Associates greet customers, answer product questions, organize merchandise, help customers load purchases, check stock, and maintain clear, clean, and safe store and warehouse areas. Some tasks take place outdoors in changing weather. Closing shifts focus on resetting the store and tidying the warehouse for the next day.

Requirements

No previous experience is required.
Willingness and ability to operate a forklift, lift products, and work indoors and outdoors.
Valid driver's license.
Availability to work 3–4 days per week during store hours; closing shifts and rotating Saturdays are preferred.

Interest in agriculture, such as horses, cattle, gardening, plants, or small animals.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with product questions and solutions.
Operate the register and handle checkout, exchanges, and returns.
Stock shelves, replenish merchandise, and support inventory counts.
Load and unload deliveries and customer purchases; operate a forklift as needed.
Fill propane cylinders.
Maintain a clean, professional, and safe store and warehouse.
Greet customers, organize and face products, and help customers load purchases.
Check stock levels, straighten high-traffic areas, and keep walkways clear.
Reset and tidy the store and warehouse at closing.
