This is an entry-level position within the Fan Experience Department responsible for handling all incoming communications. The seasonal program is a 40-hour per week commitment, expected to run from June 2026 through the end of the 2026-27 football season, with potential for conversion to a full-time role. The role requires providing proactive, world-class service to Season Ticket Members, guests, and fans, utilizing strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve inquiries professionally and empathetically. Key responsibilities include logging customer feedback, working all Chiefs games and special events, assisting with event execution and communication, dispatching service requests, and preparing gameday staff.
