About The Position

The BankNH Pavilion (BNHP) is a top-tier concert venue in the U.S., recognized for high customer and employee satisfaction. Established in 1996 and enhanced by a strategic partnership with Live Nation Entertainment in 2018, BNHP attracts major artists and offers a vibrant summer work environment. Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
• A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs.
• Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying 50 lbs.+, and occasional sitting.

Responsibilities

• Act as Brand Ambassadors for the venue.
• Interact with guests in a polite and courteous manner, providing continual customer assistance.
• Entertain fans and create amazing experiences through surprises, giveaways, and contests.
• Assist with promotional sponsor and venue activations before the show and during intermissions.
• Assist with setting up, staffing, and breaking down onsite sponsorship elements (e.g., tents, games).
• Support the venue’s sustainability program by educating fans about waste sorting and recycling.
• Partner with fellow team members at the end of the show to close the venue, which may include collecting recyclables and properly storing event equipment.
• Enter availability three weeks in advance through the ABIMM system and communicate any changes to the supervisor.
• Ensure accurate timekeeping through the ABIMM system.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Sponsorship/Marketing Department.
