About The Position

The Family History Department (FHD), or FamilySearch, International Talent and Culture team works to build a Christ-centered, future-ready workforce that strengthens leaders and aligns employee experiences with the mission of the Church. As an Intern on the FHD Talent and Culture team, you will help capture and represent the voice of the global workforce— translating employee feedback into meaningful insights that guide leaders, strengthen employee experience, and support the mission of the Church. You will also support the Talent and Culture team on a variety of projects, including contributing to the planning and execution of RootsTech and other annual or special events. In addition, you will have opportunities to engage in family history work and develop your personal research skills. Church employees find joy and satisfaction in using their unique talents and abilities to further the Lord’s work. From the IT professional who develops an app that sends the gospel message worldwide, to the facilities manager who maintains our buildings— giving Church members places to worship, teach, learn, and receive sacred ordinances—our employees seek innovative ways to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with the world. They are literally working in His kingdom.

Requirements

  • Must be a member of the Church who is worthy of a temple recommend.
