About The Position
Four Oaks is seeking a compassionate and dependable Family Support Worker to support children and families, strengthen relationships, and help families work toward reunification and stability. Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 6 months of experience.
- Compassionate, dependable, and a strong communicator; passionate about helping others.

- Education or experience related to social services is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support interactions between parents, children, and siblings while encouraging healthy relationships.
- Assist families with scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and accessing transportation when needed.
- Help families identify community programs, services, and support systems that promote long-term stability.
- Support children and families as they navigate challenges, overcome barriers, and work toward their goals.
- Collaborate with Family Support Specialists, Intervention Specialists, and other professionals to provide consistent support.
- Observe and document family interactions, recognize strengths, and support positive changes.
- Maintain communication with parents and caregivers while encouraging positive family engagement.
