We seek a caring, patient, and proactive individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills who can build trusting relationships and guide families through treatment and support processes. The Family Support Provider partners with interdisciplinary teams to coach parents and caregivers, develop individualized family service plans, facilitate group education and support activities, and assist families in accessing community resources and services. This role includes crisis intervention, documentation of services, participation in staffing and wraparound meetings, and promoting family-centered wellness and recovery.
