Through our Family Stability program, we work alongside families experiencing housing instability, helping them access resources, overcome barriers, and build a foundation for long-term success. Our team is committed to providing compassionate, client-centered support that promotes housing stability, family well-being, and community connection. We value collaboration, innovation, diversity, and a strengths-based approach that empowers families to achieve their goals. Because we serve families throughout the Grand Rapids community, we recognize the value of team members who bring lived experiences, community knowledge, and a deep understanding of the challenges and strengths of the neighborhoods we serve. Are you passionate about helping families navigate challenges and access the resources they need to succeed? Do you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and connecting people to life-changing services? We are seeking a Family Stability Case Manager to provide intensive care management to families experiencing housing instability, bringing specialized knowledge of early childhood systems, services, and resources to help families build stability during a child's most critical years of development. This role combines eviction prevention, family support, and early childhood resource navigation to help families achieve both housing stability and positive outcomes for their children. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working in a collaborative environment that values empathy, flexibility, community partnerships, and whole-family well-being.
