About The Position

Child Focus is seeking a compassionate, relationship-focused Family Service Worker to support children and families in its Early Learning program. The role helps connect families to resources, strengthen parent engagement, support school readiness, and create opportunities for children and caregivers to thrive. Locations vary throughout Clermont County. This is a full-time seasonal position that runs through the school year, with a starting rate of $19.47 per hour.

Requirements

Associate’s degree in Social Work or a related field.
Passion for empowering families and strengthening communities.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate family engagement activities and events.
Build relationships with community partners and participate in community outreach efforts.
Recruit and enroll children and families into Early Learning programs.
Assess family strengths and needs, support goal setting, and connect families with community resources.
Maintain accurate documentation and provide timely follow-up.
Build positive, supportive relationships with young children and families.
Collaborate effectively with team members and community stakeholders.
Meet local childcare licensing and regulatory requirements.
Participate in occasional evening and weekend activities.
