Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively with diverse families
  • Computer proficiency, including data entry and documentation
  • Self-motivated team player with sound judgment and a commitment to helping others succeed

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Early Childhood Education, Child & Family Development, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in case management, family services, child development, or parent education preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build strong, supportive relationships with families to promote engagement in child development and family well-being
  • Empower families to identify strengths, set goals, and work toward self-sufficiency through Family Partnership Agreements
  • Support children’s development by coordinating screenings, referrals, and follow-up services with community partners
  • Recruit and enroll eligible families while supporting attendance and program participation
  • Maintain accurate documentation, data entry, and timely communication with families and service providers
  • Coordinating screenings, referrals, and follow-up services to meet each child's individual needs
  • Collaborate with families, staff, and community partners while maintaining confidentiality and completing required training and mandated reporting responsibilities
