Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively with diverse families
- Computer proficiency, including data entry and documentation
- Self-motivated team player with sound judgment and a commitment to helping others succeed
Nice To Haves
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Early Childhood Education, Child & Family Development, or a related field preferred
- Experience in case management, family services, child development, or parent education preferred
Responsibilities
- Build strong, supportive relationships with families to promote engagement in child development and family well-being
- Empower families to identify strengths, set goals, and work toward self-sufficiency through Family Partnership Agreements
- Support children’s development by coordinating screenings, referrals, and follow-up services with community partners
- Recruit and enroll eligible families while supporting attendance and program participation
- Maintain accurate documentation, data entry, and timely communication with families and service providers
- Coordinating screenings, referrals, and follow-up services to meet each child's individual needs
- Collaborate with families, staff, and community partners while maintaining confidentiality and completing required training and mandated reporting responsibilities

- Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week, 49 weeks per year
- No weekends, or overtime required
