About The Position
Local hospital seeks an additional Family Practice physician to support increasing patient demand within a newly established practice. The physician will join 1 other FP, an APP, and experienced office and support staff. The office is managed and operated by the health system and located a short distance from the hospital. The physician can expect to quickly build a patient census of 20+ encounters per day in a busy M-F outpatient-only practice setting. The area is a top cultural destination in Western NC with mountain vistas and a vast array of outdoor recreational opportunities.
Requirements
- Family Practice physician
- Licensed to practice medicine
- Board certified or eligible in Family Practice

Responsibilities
- See patients of all ages
- Share office call (1:6 only by phone)
- Build patient census to 20+ encounters per day
