About The Position
Well-respected Cardiology group seeks either a Non-Invasive or Invasive Cardiologist to replace a retired physician. Enjoy the best of both worlds - being part of the established group & working autonomously at a well-established full-service clinic. Support staff includes a loyal office staff, a midlevel provider & medical assistant. Responsibilities involve a wide scope of outpatient & inpatient care. Share call equally 1:4. Compensation includes a very competitive base salary, incentives, relocation, vacation/CME, benefits, malpractice, retirement, student loan assistance and signing bonus. Servicing over 70K residents, hospital offers 24-hour ER, ICU, surgery, a birthing center & cardiopulmonary. This small family-oriented area provides a variety of school options, special events, shopping, dining & easy access to Asheville, the Blue Ridge Mountains & the Great Smoky Mountains.
