About The Position

Join a well-respected, established, outpatient-only group practice as a new Family Practitioner. You will join 6 other physicians, 2 PA's, and a loyal support staff. The role involves a wide scope of family medicine, including some ancillary services, with no inpatient work required. You will see patients of all ages, averaging 20+ patients per day. The office is open Monday-Friday from 8 am-4:30 pm and is managed/operated by the health system. Enjoy an excellent referral system and share call 1:7 (phone only). The recruitment package includes a very competitive base salary, incentives, vacation/CME, sign-on bonus, benefits, malpractice, retirement, and may include student loan assistance. The practice is located in a desirable area of Western NC, known for its cultural attractions, mountain vistas, and outdoor recreational opportunities.
