About The Position
Join a mission-driven community health practice in western New York, where you will provide person-centered family planning care to a diverse patient population. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive reproductive-health visits, tailor contraceptive plans to each individual, and deliver education, counseling, and medical management in a supportive environment.
Requirements
- Experience providing family planning and contraceptive services, including long-acting reversible contraceptives
- Strong knowledge of contraception options, STI screening, and reproductive-health guidelines
- Proficient in electronic health records and basic office software
- Trained as a Family Planning Nurse Practitioner or Family/Adult Nurse Practitioner
- Active New York State Nurse Practitioner license
