About The Position

Marathon Health is seeking a Family Physician to provide patient-centered primary care to employees at assigned Marathon Health Centers through an Employer-Sponsored Direct Primary Care model. This role offers a unique opportunity to practice full-spectrum primary care with a smaller patient panel (800-1000 patients), allowing for longer appointment times (30-60 minutes) and a focus on prevention and wellness, acute and chronic disease management, and maximizing provider-patient relationships. The model emphasizes enhanced relationships, aligned incentives, preventive care, and a flexible practice approach with an insurance-free work environment. Providers will utilize electronic medical records and population management tools, and collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs).

Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited medical school.
  • Completion of residency with professional experience in Family Practice or Internal Medicine + Pediatric.
  • Board certification or eligibility and intent to certify.
  • Active state license.
  • CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date.
  • May be required to have a dispensing license per state regulations.
