Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of medicine or osteopathy and residency trained in their specialty field.
- Active Florida license required.
- DEA license required.
- BLS certification required.
- Commitment and ability to keep up to date with scientific and technological developments/literature.
- Able to work flexible hours as assigned.
- Able to work at other CHC locations as assigned.
- Background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
Nice To Haves
- Three to five years of experience preferred.
- Board eligible or Certified in Family Practice preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient comprehensive primary care service including: preventive and health maintenance services, acute and chronic care, clinical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment as well as primary care consultation services.
