Job Summary: Provide outpatient comprehensive primary care service including: preventive and health maintenance services, acute and chronic care, clinical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment as well as primary care consultation services.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited school of medicine or osteopathy and residency trained in their specialty field.
Active Florida license required.
DEA license required.
BLS certification required.
Commitment and ability to keep up to date with scientific and technological developments/literature.
Able to work flexible hours as assigned.
Able to work at other CHC locations as assigned.
This position requires background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.

Nice To Haves

Three to five years of experience preferred.
Board eligible or Certified in Family Practice preferred.
Some knowledge of accreditation standards (AAAHC, HRSA) preferred.
Bilingual preferred.
