About The Position
Adelante Healthcare is seeking a Family Medicine Physician passionate about serving underserved communities in the metro Phoenix area. Founded in 1979 to provide healthcare for farm workers and migrants, Adelante Healthcare has grown to nine clinics across Maricopa County, offering Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Dental, and Behavioral Health. Our Federally Qualified Health Centers operate on a Patient Centered Medical Home model, delivering care to a diverse patient population through multi-disciplinary teams. We are Joint Commission Accredited and affiliated with local medical schools, and we are currently expanding.
