About The Position

La Clinica is seeking passionate family physicians to join our team-based ambulatory primary care sites. We serve underserved populations with exceptional, affordable, and compassionate care. The position is located in Southern Oregon, offering a mild climate, outdoor recreation, and friendly communities. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will manage your patient panel and cultivate patient relationships. Our teams focus on both adult and child primary care, addressing medical, emotional, and social needs. The teams include physicians, nurse practitioners, physician associates, behavioral health specialists, nurses, and support staff. Our primary care sites offer outpatient services only, with no inpatient or obstetrical responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Graduated from an accredited medical school.
  • Completed a family medicine residency.
  • Board certification or board eligibility.
  • Active medical license (MD or DO).
  • CPR certification.
  • Active DEA license.
  • English language fluency.

  • Experience with low-income children and families.
  • Experience in migrant and community health.
  • Spanish language proficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage your patient panel and cultivate patient relationships.

  • Engage in teaching and mentoring opportunities with residents, advanced practitioners, and medical students.
