JRI’s Community Service Agencies deliver comprehensive wraparound services for youth under 21 who have a serious emotional disturbance and need multiple forms of support or are involved with child-serving systems such as child welfare, special education, or juvenile justice. The Family Partner supports caregivers by sharing relevant personal experience, modeling positive behaviors, and guiding them as they seek support for their children’s mental health needs. The Family Partner works closely with a Clinician and other Family Resource Center staff to provide standardized screening, assessment, service planning, and referral services. The role also co-facilitates family and youth groups with the Clinician and contributes creativity and adaptability to planning and launching a new resource for families in the Northshore area. This is a contract-funded position; compensation depends on contract funds available at the time of hire.
