About The Position

BayCare Medical Group is seeking a board certified/board eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a well-established, outpatient-only practice in Bartow, Florida. The practice currently includes one Physician and one nurse practitioner, and does not offer obstetrics. The office operates Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, serving patients aged 18 and above. This role offers a flexible work week (4 or 5 days), built-in administrative time, and a true medical home model with support from over 46 specialties and a network of 16 hospitals. BayCare aims to connect patients with a full spectrum of preventive, diagnostic, and treatment services.

Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide care to patients age 18 and up.
Practice outpatient medicine.
Collaborate with a nurse practitioner and other providers within the BayCare network.
Contribute to a medical home model focused on continuity of care and strong patient-provider relationships.
Participate in shaping the future of primary care medicine in Tampa Bay and Central Florida.
