About The Position
A rapidly expanding outpatient primary care group in western New York is seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to support growth across several community sites. The role includes providing comprehensive ambulatory care, preventive services, and chronic disease management for a diverse patient population. Physicians will work within a multidisciplinary environment focused on accessible, team‑based care, supported by a competitive compensation package.
Requirements
- Board‑eligible or board‑certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Eligibility for or possession of a New York medical license
- DEA registration or eligibility
- Strong commitment to patient‑centered community health
