Requirements

  • At least 2 years of prior experience in a similar role (administrative, customer service, hospitality, or office support preferred).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Polite and positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and Outlook; experience with ShareFile and OneDrive is a plus.
  • Superior judgment, discretion and the ability to protect confidential information.
  • Candidates should be based in or near New York City, as this role involves frequent in-person coordination, local errands, property visits, and other time-sensitive tasks throughout the city.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. For U.S. employment opportunities, Corient hires U.S. citizens or permanent residents. Exceptions to these requirements will be determined based on shortage of qualified candidates with a particular skill. Corient will require proof of work authorization.
  • Must be willing to execute Corient’s Employee Agreement or Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement, which require, among other things, post-employment obligations relating to non-solicitation, confidentiality, and non-disclosure.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and day-to-day office support.
  • Run client-related errands, including local pickups, deliveries, shopping, shipping miscellaneous returns.
  • Coordinate appointments and service visits with vendors and building managers.
  • Organize files, documents, receipts, and household records.
  • Assist with travel logistics, including reservations, transportation, and scheduling.
  • Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and project lists.
  • Support special projects and other ad hoc assignments as needed.
  • Ensure tasks are completed accurately, discreetly, and in a timely, professional manner.
