About The Position

The Family Nurse Practitioner will provide 100% outpatient primary care in San Jose, California, managing an established, full patient panel and seeing approximately 16–20 patients per day. The role is part of a collaborative care team in a mission-driven environment and uses Epic EMR. The schedule is Monday through Friday; a four-day workweek with a 32-hour schedule may be considered.

Requirements

Master’s Degree in Nursing.
At least 2 years of primary care Nurse Practitioner experience.
Active, unrestricted California Nurse Practitioner license.
Active, unrestricted DEA license.
Comfort managing a full primary care patient panel.

BLS certification.
Bilingual skills.
