About The Position

The Family Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients across the lifespan in Lee, Massachusetts. The role includes preventive, acute, and chronic care within a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment serving rural and underserved communities. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with 32 patient-facing hours and 8 protected administrative hours each week. The minimum workload is two patients per clinical hour. Call is limited to approximately one weekend every eight weeks, with an additional stipend. The position uses Athena EMR and does not involve production-based compensation pressure.

Requirements

• Be ANCC- or AANP-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner, or be a new graduate on the certification pathway.
• Hold or be able to obtain Massachusetts nurse practitioner licensure.
• Be comfortable providing primary care across the lifespan.
