About The Position

MainStreet Family Care is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join their growing team in Milton, FL. The FNP will provide patient-focused care in a fast-paced, high-volume urgent care environment, serving patients of all ages. Services include urgent care, primary medical care, telemedicine, and occupational medicine. The role involves leading a small team and utilizing the full scope of practice. The company supports rural communities with limited access to care and offers opportunities for tuition reimbursement or student loan repayment grants. Requirements

Family Nurse Practitioner Board Certification required.
MSN, or higher education required.
DOT certified or willing to become DOT certified (company covers cost).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working in EMR and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

Care for every patient who comes through the door within your scope of practice.
Diagnose and treat cold, flu, strep, COVID, and other upper respiratory issues.
Perform minor procedures such as toenail removal and foreign object removal.
Suture and splint.
Conduct general orthopedic evaluations/management.
Review x-rays (to be over-read by Radiologist).
Handle general dermatology and general eye problems.
Perform general EKG interpretations.
Utilize emergency management skills.
Provide general GYN expertise.
Treat children of all ages.
Provide occupational medicine services.
Conduct telemedicine appointments.
