About The Position
Jefferson Hospital has a well-equipped emergency room, which utilizes hospital staff and contract physicians. Support services are provided for both inpatients and outpatients, and the scope of service is consistent with the current mission of the hospital to provide quality community-based primary health care to Jefferson and surrounding counties. We’re seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Jefferson Hospital.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Nursing.
- Current Nurse Practitioner License in the State of Georgia.
- Current BLS, ACLS and PALS Certifications.
Responsibilities
- Assesses patients, diagnoses and treats illnesses, prescribes medications, and manages patients’ overall care.
- Collaborates with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
