Fordland Clinic is a non-profit community health center dedicated to providing accessible, quality healthcare to everyone, regardless of income or insurance status. We accept most private insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare, and offer a sliding fee scale for uninsured or underinsured patients. Requirements

• Board Certified (or Board Eligible) Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Current State of Missouri license
• At least one (1) year experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical, dental, mental health, prevention, and wellness services.
• Travel between clinic sites as required.
• Attend out-of-town events or trainings as may be required.
