About The Position

Marathon Health is a leading advanced primary care provider that partners with employer and union plan sponsors to improve health for millions of Americans. They operate nationwide health centers (onsite, nearsite, and network) and offer virtual primary care. Marathon Health utilizes a value-based model designed to enhance the healthcare experience for members and providers while achieving cost savings for plan sponsors. The company is certified as a Great Place to Work®, emphasizing its commitment to an inclusive, high-trust culture. Marathon Health promotes work-life balance by offering a smaller patient panel size, longer appointment times (20-60 minutes), a strong focus on prevention and wellness, and reduced administrative tasks. Success is measured by health outcomes rather than patient volume or billing. At Marathon Health, the focus is on building a trusted, accessible, and personalized healthcare experience. Providers practice relationship-based medicine at the top of their license, offering holistic care that includes prevention, chronic disease management, and health education.
