Requirements

  • Active Arkansas NP or PA license in good standing, unencumbered and without disciplinary restrictions
  • Current DEA license required
  • Strong clinical judgment and medical decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with patients
  • Ability to explain medical conditions, treatment options, and care plans clearly
  • Comfortable using technology and supporting clinic operations
  • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally to the Little Rock location
  • Availability to complete 10 consecutive days of Monday–Friday training
  • Availability to work a minimum of two Saturdays per month
  • In months with five Saturdays, three Saturdays are required

Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized care while creating an exceptional patient experience.
  • Support patients with services including hormone replacement therapy, weight management, sleep apnea management, hypertension management, and low libido and related wellness concerns.
  • Build lasting relationships with patients and become a trusted part of their wellness journey.
