Requirements
- Active Arkansas NP or PA license in good standing, unencumbered and without disciplinary restrictions
- Current DEA license required
- Strong clinical judgment and medical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with patients
- Ability to explain medical conditions, treatment options, and care plans clearly
- Comfortable using technology and supporting clinic operations
- Willingness and ability to travel occasionally to the Little Rock location
- Availability to complete 10 consecutive days of Monday–Friday training
- Availability to work a minimum of two Saturdays per month
- In months with five Saturdays, three Saturdays are required

Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care while creating an exceptional patient experience.
- Support patients with services including hormone replacement therapy, weight management, sleep apnea management, hypertension management, and low libido and related wellness concerns.
- Build lasting relationships with patients and become a trusted part of their wellness journey.
