About The Position

SynergenX is seeking a PRN Mid-Level Provider (NP, APRN, FNP, or PA) for their Dallas location. This role is for a "people person" who is also an excellent healthcare provider, enjoying patient connection, teamwork, and a fast-paced environment. The provider will offer patient-focused care in hormone replacement, weight management, and targeted wellness, working alongside Physician Medical Directors and Center Directors. The clinics are described as energetic, collaborative, and patient-focused, requiring individuals who can connect with patients, communicate confidently, work well with the team, and maintain a positive attitude. The role offers variety, opportunities to meet new people, and make a difference in patient interactions.

Requirements

  • Active Texas NP or PA license in good standing, unencumbered and without disciplinary action
  • Current DEA license
  • Current Controlled Substance License
  • Must be willing and able to work at our Southlake, Plano, Frisco, Rockwall, McKinney, Walnut Hill, and Prosper locations as needed
  • Available to work: Minimum 2 weekdays per month
  • Available to work: 2 Saturdays per 4-week month
  • Available to work: 3 Saturdays per 5-week month
  • Saturday hours: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
  • Must be available for 10 consecutive weekdays of training (2 full weeks) following clinic hours

Responsibilities

  • Provide patient-focused care within established clinical protocols
  • Evaluate patients and develop appropriate treatment plans
  • Educate patients about their health, treatment options, and wellness goals
  • Build genuine relationships and establish trust with patients
  • Explain medical information and treatment plans in a clear, easy-to-understand way
  • Collaborate with Physician Medical Directors and Center Directors
  • Work closely with clinic staff to maintain an efficient patient experience
  • Utilize technology and electronic systems to manage patient care
  • Help create a welcoming, positive, high-energy clinic environment
