Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner – Make an Impact in Your Community. Adelante Healthcare believes healthy people create healthy communities. As a Nurse Practitioner, you’ll provide high-quality, comprehensive primary care including: Preventive care & health promotion, Diagnosis, treatment & management of acute and chronic conditions, Patient education and community-focused care, Coordination and referrals as needed. You’ll work with autonomy and purpose, supported by a collaborative care team.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant program
  • Active Arizona NP & RN licenses
  • Current DEA certification
  • CPR/AED certification (AHA or Red Cross)
  • Strong clinical judgment & patient communication skills
  • Commitment to community health and underserved populations
  • Valid AZ Driver’s License

Nice To Haves

  • 3+ years in community health
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
