About The Position

SynergenX | Low T is seeking an energetic, approachable, confident, compassionate, and genuinely people-oriented Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for their clinics. Requirements

  • Active Indiana NP or PA license in good standing
  • Current DEA license or ability to obtain
  • Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide patient-centered care focused on hormone replacement, weight management, and targeted wellness.
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide follow-up care and monitor patient progress.
  • Educate patients on treatment plans, wellness, and lifestyle goals.
  • Build genuine relationships and establish trust with patients.
  • Explain medical information in a clear, easy-to-understand way.
  • Collaborate with the Center Director, Medical Director, and clinic team.
  • Maintain accurate patient documentation and follow established clinical protocols.
  • Help create a positive, welcoming, high-energy patient experience.
