About The Position

Summit Health is seeking an experienced, Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our established OBGYN group at our White Plains, NY location. The role involves providing general medical care and treatment to patients in direct collaboration with a licensed physician, following approved practice guidelines. Services include health maintenance, management of acute/episodic illnesses, and management of stable chronic illnesses. Requirements

• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
• 1+ years experience specifically in OBGYN
• Direct collaboration with a licensed physician
• Adherence to an approved written practice agreement and guidelines

Responsibilities

• Conducting physical examinations
• Interpreting lab tests and overseeing patients’ health
• Providing gynecological care
• Wellness Women exams
• Breast Cancer screening
• Pap smears
• Health maintenance
• Management of acute/episodic illnesses
