About The Position

Summit Health is seeking an experienced, Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our established OBGYN group at our White Plains, NY location. Candidate must have 1+ years experience specifically in OBGYN. Nurse Practitioners provide general medical care and treatment to Summit Health patients. This is done in direct collaboration with a licensed physician, and in accordance with an approved written practice agreement and guidelines. Services provided by the NP will include health maintenance, management of acute/episodic illnesses and management of stable chronic illnesses. Requirements

Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
1+ years experience specifically in OBGYN

Responsibilities

Conducting physical examinations
Interpreting lab tests and overseeing patients’ health
Providing gynecological care
Wellness Women exams
Breast Cancer screening
Pap smears
Health maintenance
Management of acute/episodic illnesses
Management of stable chronic illnesses
