Family Nurse Practitioner (Float)
About The Position
ZoomCare is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Float Provider to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to develop skills with ongoing support from the medical leadership team. The position involves floating to all clinic locations throughout the Portland metro area and providing a rewarding mix of care including preventive care, illness and injury diagnostic, wellness exams, and procedures. Providers will practice in state-of-the-art neighborhood clinics with a well-organized practice model, provide evidence-based medical care, and have on-demand access to a Physician.
Requirements
- Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner OR Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies with certification by the NCCPA
- At least 1-2 years of experience post-graduation working in urgent care, primary care, or emergency care.
- Experience seeing patients of all ages.
- Eligible to participate in the Medicare program.
- Must be able to demonstrate 2000 hours of work experience at the time of job offer.
- Fit tested for an N-95 mask, must be clean shaven where the respirator seals to the face for fit testing or when wearing the respirator.
- Must wear a mask as needed.
- Patient-facing employees receive all required vaccinations, including, but not limited to, Hepatitis B., MMR, PPD, Varicella (Chickenpox), TD/TDAP, and all employees to receive COVID-19 as a condition of employment.

- Competitive base salary of $135,000–$150,000
